THE JOBREADY STORY

The first JobReady software evolved out of the complex government reporting requirements on contracts under the SkillShare Program.

JobReady has specialised in delivering cost-effective, customisable software for Government-sponsored Programs in Employment and Training since 1997. Here is our story of Business Success:

1997
Following use in the SkillShare program under the Commonwealth Employment Service in Australia, JobReady is released for the first Contract for Job Network (JNM), introduced by the former Coalition government.

2000
Release of JobReady for Contract 2, including first interface with government systems via the Corporate Interface. This was the grounding for JobReady in becoming a specialist in the handling and managing of Government Program data.

2001
Release of JobReady for New Apprenticeship Centres (NAC), again transacting with the government (DEWRSB) system via the Corporate Interface.

2002
Release of JobReady for Group Training (GT) organisations, including the first interface with a payroll system. Release of JobReady for Disability Open Employment (DOE) services.

2003
Release of JobReady for Job Network (JNM) and New Apprenticeships Centre (NAC) for Contract 3.

2004
JobReady develops a comprehensive Jobseeker Account management and financial system for Job Network. Develops a web portal for New Apprenticeships Centre employers to allow customer reporting.

2005
JobReady celebrates the implementation of it’s 50th client. Release of JobReady for Disability Employment (DEN) services.

2006
JobReady has its most successful year yet – we implement 15 new clients in one year and become the clear market leader in software for Australian Apprenticeships Centres. We rework our systems rapidly to meet new Contract 4 guidelines and government data interface requirements. JobReady builds a “Data Action Matrix” for JobReady/AAC, allowing an alert on any change in government data. JobReady8 is released providing a unified platform of support for all Employment Services Programs.

2007
JobReady grows further, assisting over 2,000 users to conduct their jobs more efficiently each day. Releases JobReady for Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS). JobReady8 introduces ODBC integration for Crystal Reports/SQL.

2008
JobReady develops web-based Field Officer software for Australian Apprenticeships Centres. JobReady forms partnership with GTPaC Payroll software company. JobReady implements first international client in New Zealand. JobReady hosts a forum for Australian Apprenticeships Centre software attended by 40 delegates. JobReady8 is enhanced to include advanced rules-based workflow setup.

2009
JobReady releases cutting-edge software for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). The JobReady team grows to 15 staff. JobReady implements 5 new Group Training companies. JobReady studies and prepares for new “Universal” Employment Services Program. JobReady now supports more than 3500 users.
